i need the .net framework 3.5 offline installer for windows 10 1809, we need to have this for some of our application to work properly. we don't want to connect the PC to internet and this should be fully offline installation so we need to have a or installer for the same.

if the above method does not work for you. Use add feature via server manager tick to install .net35 framework and on the next page specify the sources\sxs\path which should be you iso dvd. this should work.

I discovered that microsoft.net framework 3.5 sp1 is on my computer, but not turned on. I have Microsoft.net framework 4.6 advanced.I turned on 3.5, i got a stop message and had to restart the computer, then 3.5 was turned back OFF.So why is HP giving me an update that needs an OLD version of something I have and that can't be turned on?
